How long does it take for my package to arrive?

We always try to fulfil orders as fast as possible. Orders placed before 23:00 are shipped the same day according to our Fulfillment Center.

Expect to receive your package within 1-7 business days. 

Is Tête de Mule a French company?

No, we are not a French company. We are officially a 100% Dutch company. However our name is French, the brand idea was born when we were Paris, and a lot of our designs were also made in Paris. We have always been inspired by French culture and fashion. That's why we went for the French theme, pretty stubborn right?

What does Tête de Mule mean?

Tête de Mule translates to "Stubborn" in english, "Eigenwijs" in Dutch. It's a phrase the French people use when someone is behaving stubbornly, like, doing their own thing even though people say he/she shouldn't do it.

How do I contact Tête de Mule?

If you have any questions you can send an e-mail to support@tetedemulecouture.com and we'll try to respond within 24 hours.

One or more items from my order are missing.

It is possible that the items you ordered are split into different packages. If this happens you might receive some items earlier than others. No worries, your other Tête de Mule items will arrive as well. If after 10 business days you still haven't received them, please contact our customer support and we will resolve it immediately.

I have not received a Track & Trace email.

When you haven't received a track and trace email yet, this most likely indicates that your package has not been shipped. Don't worry, you will receive it as soon as possible.

Will sold out items be restocked?

Yes, they will, unless the product is a limited edition.

How do I return a product?

How do I track my order?

Once you place your order you automatically receive a track and trace code from PostNL to track your parcel. If you have not received the track and trace e-mail yet, your order has most likely not been shipped yet.
