How to return a product.

If you find yourself in the position of wanting to return an item this is obviously no problem. We welcome you to take the time to fit, try and think about your new products. On this page we kindly present you 6 steps on how to return the products if necessary. If you have any questions please contact our client services and we'll be happy to assist you. 

We can only give you a refund when the products have not been used and have been returned within 14 days after receiving the product(s).

The products must be returned in the original packaging and should be handled as neatly as possible.
We hope you understand.

All products that have been ordered from the Sample Sale Collection are not suitable for returns, as specified on the Sale page. It's an exclusive sale with no return possibilities. If you find yourself in the position of a problem regarding the Sample Sale you can still expect our service.

Unfortunately, you are responsible for the refund shipping costs. 

Step 1: Download the return form. You can download the form here.

Step 2: Please fill in the return form correctly and add it to your return parcel.

Step 3: Request a return on the order page, you can find this when you log in on our website. You don't have to create an account, an e-mail confirmation is sufficient. 

Step 4: Make a parcel with the products you would like to return, and add the return form. 

Step 5: The sealed package, with a filled return label, is to be sent to :
