How to return a product.

On this page we kindly present you 6 steps on how to return the products if necessary. If you have any questions please contact our client services and we'll be happy to assist you. 

We can only give you a refund when the products have not been used and have been returned within 30 days after receiving them. We hope you understand.

Unfortunately, you are responsible for the refund shipping costs. 

Step 1: Download the return form. You can download the form here.

Step 2: Please fill in the return form correctly and add it to your return parcel.

Step 3: Make a return label, you can do that here.

Step 4: Make a parcel with the products you would like to return, and add the return form. 

Step 5: The sealed package, with a filled return label, is to be sent to :

Step 6: Once we've received your parcel you can expect a refund within 14 days.
